‘One Percent’ employee-patient involvement campaign
Human Health Care is at the heart of what Eisai does and everything the company stands for. Employees are being encouraged to take up an HHC project, which would take living the values to a whole new level. The company is offereing its staff one percent of their paid time to develop a project of their choice. Red Echo designed the initial Identity and subsequently worked with Eisai and ‘the Copycourse’ Consultancy to design an ongoing programme through graphics and seminars. A Manifesto booklet and supportive material was designed initially for the launch of the One Percent programme and subsequently a range of phased posters and canvasses were designed and produced to maintain the uptake with Eisai staff.
